60-90 minute running sessions with Paddy in which he will analyse your running style and introduce many new training methods and approaches. Guaranteed to make you faster and stronger.

60-120 minute running sessions - including hills, track, Fartlek or long runs - with Paddy.
Basic Coaching package (£45)
Includes a phone and email consultation with Paddy who will then develop a 6-week personal schedule to suit your needs. Ideal if you have entered a race or are taking up running for the first time.
Face-to-Face consultation (£70)
Includes a 60-90 minute face to face consultation with Paddy during which he will assess your fitness, running style, background and goals. He will then develop a personal 6-week personal schedule to suit your needs. Ideal if you are a regular or returning runner or if you have concerns about your current training.
Premium Coaching package (£80)
Includes a phone and email consultation with Paddy who will develop a 6-week training schedule to suit your needs. Unlimited email, text and phone feedback and a follow-up consultation. Perfect for those training for a PB.
Running Overhaul Package (£210)
Includes a face-to-face 60-90 minute consultation with Paddy, a full nutrition profile and diet plan, a psychology consultation and a personal 6 week schedule with unlimited text, email and phone feedback. Tailored to everyone from complete beginners to elite runners.
